For over 50 years Otto Schumacher has been producing only the finest quality saddles, snaffle and double bridles, accessories, browbands in conjunction with Swarovski ™ crystals, girths and headcollars, as well as belts, dog collars and leads.

The customer’s wishes are paramount and everything that is possible in the field of saddler craftsmanship is devoted to making these wishes a reality.

Only highest quality vegetable tanned leather is used. (thereby preventing allergies sometimes found from chemically tanned leathers).

OTTO SCHUMACHER SADDLES

  • Top quality vegetable tanned leather and careful craftsmanship ensure a long serve life.
  • Flexible saddle tree with forged head irons.  A subsequent and inexpensive modification of the tree width is possible at any time
  • Each saddle has a wedge-shaped bolster, giving a broad supporting surface
  • An extra high wedge-shaped bolster to raise the cantle can be supplied without surcharge
  • The ultra wide channel avoids pressure on the spine
  • Seat sizes: Size 1 = 16.5 inch (41cm),  Size 2 = 17” (43 cm), Size 3 =  17.5” (44cm), Size 4 = 18” (45cm).
  • Tree widths from 26cm to 36cm.
  • Colours:  Dark brown) and black.  Various colour variations available in blue, green, havana (tan) or anthracite are available.
  • Optional short or long girth straps.
